Pay??

I'd like to compare what different companies are paying. If you wouldn't mind letting me know what your making salary or hourly. I make 15 bucks an hour, 12 hour shifts 7 days a week. Comes out to between 4-8 grand a month depending on how much work i get. CA overtime is also really good so i'm sure that helps.

RE: Pay??

Wow, see there, you all have me beat. I make 200 a day. Id go with a different co. but I need to stay near home..Utah. Im guessing you all have the benifits, vacation ect. I went from two man working 12 hr shifts to one man basically around the clock for the same pay. I think there are better companies out there but I dont up and leave. They have been somewhat good to me but wow, its tough sometimes.

On your website I'm seeing that you require a degree, can several years in the field offset that need or is it a strict company policy for quality control and legal purposes?
